Institutional members of the Microinsurance network receive a 50 USD discount for one registration during the “early-bird” period before 1 September 2023 (Two representatives per full member. Discount voucher required. Please contact the secretariat of the Microinsurance Network).

It takes up to six weeks to receive your visa. Make sure you apply early!

INSTRUCTIONS FOR VISA-ON-ARRIVAL APPLICANTS:

Visa-on-Arrival is reserved for participants whose home countries do not have Ghanaian Missions or Embassies available.

For individuals who will require Visa-on-Arrival, please take note of the following guidelines:

1. Complete the Conference registration and payment (if applicable) by September 27, 2023.

2. During the registration procedure, please state if you require a Visa-on-Arrival.

3. As part of the registration process, please upload a scanned copy of the bio page of your passport.

4. To facilitate the Visa-on-Arrival request, an application fee of USD $150.00 will be applicable and must be paid at the point of entry into Ghana.

These measures are essential to ensure a seamless and efficient Visa-on-arrival procedure for all eligible participants. Your cooperation in adhering to these steps is greatly appreciated.
