Institutional members of the Microinsurance network receive a 50 USD discount for one registration during the “early-bird” period before 1 September 2024 (Two representatives per full member. Discount voucher required. Please contact the secretariat of the Microinsurance Network).

Visa requirements
Indian passport holders do not need a visa for Nepal. All other passport holders require a tourist visa or a visa on arrival.
Tourist visa
You need a tourist visa if you are a passport holder from:
- Afghanistan
- Cameroon
- Eswatini
- Ethiopia
- Ghana
- Iraq
- Liberia
- Nigeria
- Palestine
- Somalia
- Syria
- Zimbabwe
1. You can request a visa registration letter during the registration process for the ICII 2024.
2. You can apply for your visa here: Online Services (immigration.gov.np)
3. Once approved, you will need to pay a visa fee of US$30 for 15 days, US$50 for 30 days or US$125 for 90 days.
Visa on arrival
You can enter Nepal on a visa-on-arrival if you do not require a tourist visa (see list above).
To save time at the airport, fill in the paperwork less than 15 days before arrvial: Online Services (immigration.gov.np)
Once the paperwork has been submitted, you will need to pay a visa fee of US$30 for 15 days, US$50 for 30 days or US$125 for 90 days.
